Orders once placed, can only be cancelled within 2 hours by contacting us at contact.us@jyamitiandsea.com or +919834796136

Refunds and Replacements

We offer a replacement if the products we delivered have been damaged during shipment. To be able to qualify for such replacement, you will need to mail us at contact.us@jyamitiandsea.com with a photo of your product within 2 days of the product having been delivered to you.

 

We also offer a replacement if the product develops major problems like cracks or breaks (not due to mishandling of the products at your end). To be able to qualify for such replacement, you will need to mail us at contact.us@jyamitiandsea.com with a photo of your product within 30 days of the product having been delivered to you. Superficial hairline cracks are normal in concrete products and installations and do not qualify as a manufacturing or installation problem.

Refunds are provided as an alternative to replacements by Jyamiti and Sea or if the product delivered to you as replacement also develops the same problem within 30 days.

 

We might need you to send us back the product, if we feel necessary, in order to process a refund / replacement. The product will be picked up by our delivery partners, in such an occasion.

Certain products purchased under a Sale / Discount, might not be eligible for a refund / replacement. Jyamiti & Sea will normally mention this during the transaction.
